- Valuation and exit planning: After understanding the company’s plans, we analyze 2-4 years of financials and conduct a management and operations analysis. This process typically takes 1-3 weeks, after which we present the valuation and operations report to the owners.
- Preparing for market: If the company is deemed ready, we prepare a listing agreement and conduct a comprehensive interview and site visit to create a top-notch Confidential Information Memorandum for showcasing the company to prospective buyers.
- Confidential advertising: We employ a confidential process using Non-Disclosure and Financial Disclosure Documents to maintain the company’s identity and ensure prospects have the financial capacity to purchase.
- Finding potential buyers: We identify and engage with individuals or groups most likely to purchase the business and start accepting offers. We work closely with sellers to select a buyer that aligns with their financial and emotional objectives.
